Sometimes I feel as though I can't breathe, the regulations and protocol that were once my strength now threaten to choke me. Many of the rules that were designed for a life within the confines of the federation are not appropriate for our situation here in the delta quadrant but I find myself locked in their embrace, unable to break free of their grip. I need to find a way before Kathryn dies of asphyxiation and all that is left is the Captain but I can't do it alone. I need Chakotay's help, my freedom lies in his arms.
